Common Threads – a non-profit

19 July, 2024

“Common Threads was referred to Al Kietzmann at Copier Consulting with high recommendations from one of our board members. Our engagement began July 2023 and lasted about 90 days.

From our first call Al’s deep knowledge of the industry and the details often included (or excluded) in contracts was beyond impressive. After a thorough discussion of our needs and use patterns, Al created an RFP to send to the vendor pool. His RFP included
questions we wouldn’t have known to ask about terms, conditions, rates, and pricing – the answers to which could have big financial implications for our mid-sized non-profit.

As proposals came in, Al responded to vendors with any further questions he didn’t think we fully addressed in the proposals. Once all proposals had been received, Al met with us to discuss the details, provide guidance on
the features of different proposals, highlight the best option, and answer any questions we had. His process ensured we didn’t sacrifice any features, benefits, or productivity.

Al’s process allowed us to stay with our incumbent vendor and save over 45% which added thousands of dollars back into our budget to use on other projects. We couldn’t be more pleased with the ease and efficiency
of working with Copier Consulting.

Al’s knowledge, support, and guidance were phenomenal. I highly recommend Copier Consulting to any organization seeking to save time and money when negotiating their next copier/printer vendor agreement.”
